Research Computing Day will be an exciting event with featured presentations, a machine learning workshop, and faculty and student presentations.

Mon, Apr 9 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Torgersen 1100 Machine Learning on ARC Cloud This workshop will introduce the Virginia Tech Cloud ecosystem using Openstack.
Mon, Apr 9 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM Torgersen 1100 Deep Learning with PowerAI This workshop will provide an introduction to Deep Learning using various software packages available on the Huckleberry cluster.
Tue, Apr 10 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM The Inn at Virginia Tech (Latham A) Poster Session Poster submissions are now being accepted. We encourage students and faculty from all colleges and departments to showcase their work and participate in building our computational community! To sign up please e-mail: (We ask for the title, authors, and a short abstract.) The Poster Presentation will be judged with the first two best posters receiving an Amazon Gift Card!
